Asking us to remove something

Send a notice to hello@akdarrah.com with:

• your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorised to act for the owner;
• what work you say is infringed;
• the RarityDB page where it appears, with its link;
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorised to act for them.

When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable the material promptly and tell the person who posted it, if there is one.

If your content was removed

If something of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Hamilton County, Indiana, if you're outside the US).

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
